We have designed, managed and computerised the world’s largest Job Evaluation project with over 500,000 jobs and roles evaluated via our online JE system. We have undertaken numerous equal pay audits and assessments and have worked alongside some of the most prestigious blue chip organisations to design robust and flexible salary and reward structures.

In November 2006, Link HR was purchased by Northgate Information Solutions to strengthen and compliment NorthgateArinso's position as the UK’s leading supplier of HR, Payroll and Pension services. NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions provides reward based services to over 1,000 large and small organisations in both the public and private sector.

The NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions headquarters for Europe, the Middle East and Africa is located in Chester, UK. The North American headquarters is in Atlanta.

OGCbuying.solutions has recently undertaken an exercise to bring together all of its existing framework agreements (including G-CAT, S-CAT and GTC) under the brand name of Catalist.
