Outsourcing

We provide Flexible Benefits Administration Outsourcing from our Bristol office and offer a range of services from back office administration to fully outsourced administration and anything in between, depending on your requirements.

If you have the resources to manage the day-to-day running of your scheme in-house, using the MyChoice management system, then we will train you to do this yourself.

If required, we can manage the process of liaison with benefit providers.

Services can include some or all of the options detailed below: 

 

The services that we can provide to support your employees:

  • Dedicated helpline and email address for employees
  • Extended helpdesk coverage during busy periods e.g. annual enrolments, the introduction of new benefits or merger and acquisition activity
  • Support and generic advice to new starters and existing employees
  • Supporting employees through member self service function (if needed)

The services that we can provide to support HR and your organisation:

  • Additional and ad-hoc administration services such as checking provider invoices, payroll reports and dealing with cycle to work recovery for early leavers.
  • Contacting 'absent' employees to help them through the annual enrolment process i.e. those who have been on long term sick or maternity leave
  • Processing paper based enrolments (if required)
  • Processing proxy enrolments (if required)

The services that we can provide relating to reporting and management information:

  • Monthly provider reporting including full or changes reports
  • Management information specific to the customer i.e. benefit take up rates, enquiry levels and in what format (i.e. phone or email), types of enquires .
  • Daily feedback on employee activity during the annual enrolment (i.e. how many employees have created a model, how many have submitted a model and how many have yet to do either)
  • Timely processing of new starters and leavers (normally within 24 hours of notification)
  • Processing all life events within given timescales
