KKR to acquire Link HR's parent company
Northgate Information Solutions (Northgate), parent company of Link HR Systems, has agreed to terms of a recommended acquisition of Northgate by funds advised by the private equity firm Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co (KKR).
This bid was unanimously recommended to shareholders by the Northgate Board of Directors and it is expected that the transaction will close by March. Follow the link below for more information:
